Just about everything is good, I picked up my product from the shelf and then I had to walk pretty far to find somebody to explain something about the product that I purchased, I know it’s probably hard, but I wish there was somebody at the door to help this older lady find a product and then explain the product to me. I know you probably can’t have somebody at the door all the time, but it would help if there was somebody there some of the time.

I really enjoy going to Lowes for my projects, Bill from the Pro Desk always saves me a lot of money. I am not a Pro just doing home projects.Zia

My husband purchased an under cabinet light fixture yesterday. When we opened the box, not only was it the wrong model, but it was heavily used. It was covered with cooking smoke. Your store was representing an item as new, when it was obviously used (a lot). No doubt there are laws against that, consumer protections. There is certainly an implied warranty that the product was new. He returned to the store to exchange it for a new one. This involved an hour and ten minutes of driving time, plus time spent in the store. So an hour and a half out of our lives to return this crappy dirty light. My husband asked to speak to the manager on duty, told him of his experience. The manager gave us a ridiculous 10% off the replacement unit. This means we received approximately $6 in savings for wasting an hour and half of our time. I doubt any manager at that store would accept a deal like that. We have shopped a lot at Lowes, in fact we purchased a refrigerator at Lowes last year. This was hugely disappointing to us. Not only because you sold as new a dirty and used light, but also the terrible and condescending way your manager handled our exchange. I would caution anyone buying a product at Lowes to open the box and make sure the product is new, and not some return that was carelessly thrown back on the shelf. It is a callous disregard for your customers.

Great experience, employees were very helpful and informative. I now have a Lowe's credit card that saved me $100 dollars at time of purchase. Thank you Lowe's. God Bless the USA

Favorite place to shop, everything a home handy man (or pro) needs - double check lumber for defects and straightness (occasionally a supplier issue as opposed to a Lowes issue)

I go to Lowe's to pick up deliveries as a driver and they regularly offer assistance and help me when loading my car. I don't see a lot of great prices at Lowe's however, "Lowe's Knows", so knowing is sometimes the way to go over saving a buck. :)

Wish I could give 0 stars, added new pictures (last 2) showing the new batch were not processed right and splitting at the glue layer seams. Still boards with the huge slope defect on specific patterns. 6 of 11 bad in each of the 5 new cases. Mohawk claimed it a manufacturing defect of pressure as they moved through manufacturing, then reneged once they realized they just QC their own product and denied the Lowes Claim. Lowes wouldn't give denial reasons. Mohawk is both pergo and quickstep. Lowes only stocks 1 flooring manufacturer (Mohawk) and subsidiary Unilin (quickstep) claims it was made in the USA and not their problem. Which is why Mohawk didn't find it in their system and QC'd it trying to make a sale to buy their brand to realize they owned Unilin.Lowes wadsworth filled with people who have no experience offering support in their departments. Ask the guy in electrical where 12/2 wire is, and get the blank stare. He wanted me to take the 14/2 since 12/2 was empty. Bigger number it should be better was his explanation. Had to teach a kid about wiring.Telephone customer service can't help. The excuse was "they dont have cash registers", "Lowes is a retail store and not responsible for what they sell", "contact the manufacturer" even though the email they just confirmed was correct that lowes had to file the claim, they wanted me to contact them myself. What do you do? We tell people "we are sorry and feel their frustration, but we cant do nothing!" (Notice they didn't respond to my 1 star because, because it's just the quoted info with horrible phone reps going to deny wanting to do any work). I have been through BBB to get it escalated to corporate as the Tier 1 and 2 never want to escalate. Then the executives give a run around and then gives the reason my receipts are not valid. Meanwhile I have original receipts and the bank sees the transactions, but the store owner says they can't research their own transactions. Sound like an audit is needed. How do they honor warranties? Ah read others reviews they don't.Original issue, planks have giant slopes randomly on edges causes boards to not be flush and expose mdf of other boards. 5 Year warranty for defects, they won't replace defective boards, call manufaturer. Local store points finger blame at manufacturer (call them) manufacturer points blame at Lowes("we only take complaint from lowes for claim"). Customer service can not do anything. Tried to return unhappy in the 90 day return policy. Won't take it back with receipt, she told me to file a claim with manufacturer and tried to walk off with my receipt. Repeat 8am-2pm with phone support the same story as they are cold transferring. Everyone wants to call the manufacturer on Sunday to tell me no one answered. Well we know they are closed, but we denied calling Thursday, Friday, and Saturday because then we would have had to speak with someone in china, but a company address of NC. One person said they hated talking to Quickstep as they are foreign, another supposed manager claimed that they never had an issue and that rep was lying. Meanwhile I called unilin and know that rep wasn't lying trying to understand and communicate the issue.Never again will I shop Lowes. They lost me, and any company that claims they get things from Lowes are dropped from my supply ring. Can't trust Lowes product that that much now.

I was looking to buy some plants that were marked 75% off and I seen a lowes worker throwing a bunch of them away, I asked if I could have them since they’re throwing them in trash, he called his manager. His manager said I couldn’t it was against store policy. Which makes no sense. It’s better to throw something in the trash hopper and give it to a customer? I shop at Lowe’s all the time. This is my first bad experience. Very disappointed.

We was supposed to have our deck built last month. But we got a update waiting for parts and was told we get a call on the 10th of this month about it. No call no nothing no deck. So my dad called about the deck and was told no outstanding orders for our phone number. Sounds like a scam to me right there. He finally got a person and asked about out deck. He was told they call the person and see what's going on. Right now seems very scummy and scam written all over it. This just blows when you got a parnet in a wheel chair and no deck. SCAM STORE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed with countertop Lowes install. DESPITE taking the case through BBB and executive escalation, Lowes did not make this right. We ordered granite countertop at property in Wadsworth, OHIO on 4/1 and that is supposed to include free stainless steel sink 24 months/0% financing. We were told specifically that we are getting free sink with the order reason why we went with the order anyway. When the installation took place on 5/11, the installers didn't caulk nor did they do the plumbing reconnect. We had to deal with this ourselves. When I called their third party installer 'installation made easy' they said the rock solid surfaces contract with Lowes doesn't include the caulking. Apparently Lowes was to have notified us that we need to order plumbing reconnect at start of order as well which they did not. We had no idea and was left to fend for ourselves after the installation. We had a new countertop BUT no water and a countertop that looked ugly without the finishing that caulking provides. Please see the pictures and judge for yourself.I had opened BBB case and all that the exec assistant did was postpone issue until recently they notified letting me know the promotion was not for double sink and that contract has plumbing reconnect as something that we should purchase. Noone informed us nor were we told the sink would not be covered at the time of purchase. Josh Steele is the countertop person we worked with who we clearly remember did not notify sink would not be covered. Brittany ShumateIs exec customer service rep that postponed the resolution many times before delivering the news that they would do absolutely nothing to make this right. In addition this is what was said about caulking."The issues with the installation team not caulking the area, I have received no feed back on why this did not take place. The installation team typically performs this unless there is a clear reason why they did not"Despite the huge 2 month drag and inconvenience Lowes did NOTHING to make me want to use them again. Very disappointed when I have 10s of thousands approved with their credit card and having been regular customer. HUGE lesson learned. Do NOT use Lowes they don't care about customers when an issue arises.
