Honesty and transparency in auto repair is rare, which is why I will always trust Jack Jacks. They take the time to explain what’s wrong, what my options are, and never push unnecessary work. Their pricing is fair, their work is reliable, and their communication is unmatched. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that truly values integrity and treats customers with respect. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Was tailgated by this company’s tow truck on the highway for about ten miles today with them being extremely close to the back of my car, while I was stuck behind another car moving slowly. Would make me very nervous to use their services! Happy to delete this once the review is seen but if you’re driving a company vehicle aggressively this kind of gives a bad impression and should be considered.

Had to have both front bearings replaced. I appreciate them getting a 50 dollar part to replace the old one (not quoted) to prevent premature degrading of new bearings. Shows they care and use good judgment. Got my car back next day around noon. They were friendly, fast, and educated. I plan to use them in the future based on their actions and my experience.

I work with a few people from Wadsworth, so when I moved here I asked about a reliable 'local' (keep it hometown) auto shop & 3 out of 3 added McCalls (now Jack Jacks, corner of College & Ault) when they gave me their short list. They were right.

I can't say enough good things about this place. This is the second time that I've taken my car there and they have been nothing but good to me They have Great prices and all of the staff is knowledgeable about my car. I don't believe that they would lead me in the wrong direction when it comes to repairs on my vehicle. I do highly recommend.

Not what I expected.Vehicle was beyond their patience or expertise.I informed them of 2 issues and received a call 2 or 3 days later telling me I had an issue with what I informed them about. "Thanks, that's what I need fixed"So after declining the first issue because "we don't really do it here" and forgetting about issue 2 I was told I could pick it up and they would cut me a break on labor.Needless to say but they never even put the vehicle on the lift to look, had a guy on a creeper in the parking lot scooting around to check it out.So basically I parked my car there for a few days and they charged me $100 for an hour of labor and the vehicle didn't even move!Not exactly what I expected.Desk Worker also kinda trash talked the vehicle I brought in. Definitely not the best approach to service on the initial drop-off.With no resolution and patiently waiting for a few days to get a circular answer to my problems and then when asked about fixing all the issues they said they had another transmission they were working on but maybe they could get around and fix the secondary issues????I wish it went better but it wasn't a good first attempt. There's soo many places that do auto work but I wanted this place to be great and it was local but the employees and overall experience was not good at all.
