Poor experience. Ive been here since before it went downhill. With the experiecne that i just had with mackenzie over the phone i will be telling everyone i know about how you guys work.

I have had a few challenging experiences here with grooming. Most recent was today, for a nail trim. We had an appointment today, and was informed when I arrived, that because I gave one of my dogs a cbd tablet purchased in the pet store, that they could not trim their nails. This has been highly recommended by our vet and other groomers due to the level of anxiety our dog suffer from with grooming, thus why we do it. There were no instructions given even when speaking to a groomer, who knew they were new at the store with grooming.

The grooming dept does not know what they are doing . you have a cat and they list the animal under a dog .

I will NEVER EVER again shop at Petco! My daughter and I went today to look for a fish tank filter. We stopped to look at the glo beta fish. There were 2 decomposed in their cups. 2 others almost dead on the bottom of the cups. That didn’t happen over night! This was Wadsworth Ohio location. I wish I would of taken a picture. I took the cups to an employee and said this is why I will never shop here. The employee just said thanks and walked away. Disgusting and cruel

Petco always has everything I need and really they're great but the one con about the store is that most of the workers there don't seem to know much about the animal when I ask but I do think that the animals seem fine and have what they need

This groomer destroyed my puppies first cut. She obviously didn't even know what a zuchon looks like. Manager made excuses. Offered my money back. Only wanted puppy first grooming package then charged more because they added paws to it. So I paid more for an awful grooming. Overbooked calloffs. Ran back groomed my puppy fast cause I was waiting Instead of canceling. I would of picked up my puppy and took somewhere else. Manager does not know how to manage

I love the grooming department at the Williams Reserve Crossing Petco in Wadsworth, Ohio! Megan and the rest of the staff are amazing!! They always take the time to listen to the customer to make sure they understand exactly what you are looking for. My dogs always look forward to going to their beauty appointments. When my fur baby Daphnee was injured a few years back, resulting in a hip injury, the staff at Petco treated her with kid gloves during her grooms. Even though she has completely recovered- they still treat her like she is a little doll that could break at the slightest touch! I know when I drop my fur kids off- they are always in the best of hands! Thank you Petco hiring only the best to groom our fur babies!!
