I’m switching banks since they’ve switched to video service; always takes twice as long and always an issue

Horrible. Since the change to no tellers, I must travel to Medina or Copley for any special services. Big mistake PNC. We are making arrangements to switch banks. Also the people who are inside, especially the manager, are terribly rude. What a shame!
