This place is terrible. I started with one nail tech who put the nail tips on, cut them down then filed them. I showed her what I wanted, told her the length, shape and the style. I wanted acrylic, she talked to the other workers next to her and told me to go to another lady. I moved seats, the next lady I sat with drilled and filed my nails, again. I didn’t realize how short she made them at first. I told her I wanted acrylic ombré, she said she would do a dip ombré (which I assumed would go over the acrylic). She then tried to give me full dip which is not what I said at all and kept trying to talk me into it because it was ‘more natural’. I refused and then she said it would be an extra $25 to do the ombré I wanted with the acrylic, so the total would have been $90 for a new set with extremely short nails (length was barely over the tips of my fingers) which is outrageous. All of the nails were crooked, the tips were put on crooked and she claimed they would be straight after the acrylic was put on. They were still crooked so I made her replace a few, they looked a little better but still couldn’t get them straight. The final result is horrible, the nails look unrealistic because they’re all shaped weird, the sizes don’t match my hands because they nails are so small and they’re still crooked. The polish is terrible, looks sloppy and unprofessional. I had to pick and peel off polish under the nails and on my skin and she didn’t even polish down to my cuticle so some nails look grown out already. Waste of time and money. They want to charge ridiculously high amounts, not give customers what they want, and left me with ugly, tiny child like nails. Don’t waste your time and money going here, they are HORRIBLE!!!!!

Used tools, cheese grader, dug too far into the side of my toe nail causing infection. Salon is dirty.

I had a manicure done and nails painted with regular polish, very unsatisfactory manicure. My nails were filed to different lengths and rough edges, the polish came off the next day. I would not recommend them for a manicure, all they did was wet my nails and file them with a rough file. My daughter had gel, and it was ok.

I hate to have to give a negative review, but I’ve never experienced nail discoloration/bacterial issues until coming here… and I’ve been getting my nails done for years. I recently moved to Wadsworth and started coming here for dip nails. When they changed my polish last, they noticed the discoloration but told me not to worry about it. My doctor said I should remove the dip right away to let my nails heal, so I did. You can see it’s pretty bad on my right thumb and started on three fingers on my left hand too. I’m not convinced it was just “water damage” which is what I was told because like I said, I’ve been getting my nails done forever and this has never happened. Just putting this out here so others can be cautious. Wouldn’t want to see this happen to others in our community.

My daughter took me for pedicures and we had a great time. Our technicians were very sweet, professional and fun and easy to talk to. I live in Canton but plan to go back.

Very over-priced. Paid 40 for a "manicure" which consisted of cuticle clipping, gel polish and a one minute "massage" and oil. No fake nails as I don't have any nails and have bad beau's lines. Polish all over my cuticles and felt rushed. I would say that what I got is worth 20 tops. Sorry. Will not go back.
