Is the after hours package drop box after hours or not? Sometimes it is accessible after hours, sometimes not. I am tired of driving down there only to find that for some God only knows why reason that today it is not. But it was yesterday and probably will be tomorrow. Or not.

Went in to inquire about what’s going on with my mail, just to get snapped at by Ross, the guy up front. Condescending, not friendly or very helpful at all. Do better. No wonder why this post online has a 2.5 rating.
