“We can't thank Tom enough for a great experience of picking engagement ring and wedding bands. He walk/talked us through all the choices and options. Once we made our decision he was still there to help out. It turned out we did not like the mounting head. Without hesitation he had us back in the store with new options. When it was time to purchase the wedding band again Tom talked us through the options. We were sent a CAD image of the proposed style. We loved it!!!!
