Ordered my daughters Varsity Jacket, my miscommunication caused her name to not be correct upon pick up, which was TWO DAYS before Thanksgiving mind you. They REALLY worked magic!! They were able to correct it within an HOUR and have it back to me to give to my daughter! Thank you so much Spencer Signs for showing amazing customer care to me even during being insanely busy with the Holiday!!
