I've had family members buy from Harvest Furniture, and it was my first time purchasing. I bought a sectional and leather recliner, and I love, love, love them! The quality is top notch, and the customer service was excellent!! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

After going to the usual big chain stores, we went into this store with some ideas of what we wanted in family room furniture; along with some measurements of the space available. With this information, the sales team was able to show us a variety of very high quality furniture which could suit our needs. They were very knowledgeable about all their products, and very helpful in stearing us to the solution that would work best for us. Once we made our decision, they offered us a very good price (big box stores couldn't come close!). Free delivery was made by two very helpful and respectful people. We are very happy with our Flexsteel purchase, and can't say enough about the very friendly, highly professional service we received.

Not good service. We bought $8,000.00 of Flexsteel furniture. One piece was damaged and I was told they would put a rush on replacing it. That was 19 weeks ago. They won’t answer my calls, won’t call back and further more they are telling me they don’t know how to use the Flexsteel website to find out where the furniture is at now. I believe I will be stuck with a damaged piece of expensive furniture. So run from this company! Bad company and you will never get an answer from them!

We bought a sectional from them and they showed us all our options and got me a costume couch just how I wanted it. They told us it would be in before Christmas. We just got a call today and unfortunately the sectional won't ship till after Christmas. The owner
personally called us to let us know and he apologized over and over and even offered to give us a couch till our new one came in.i already have a couch so I told him that is OK and we will just wait. He felt so bad he gave us 50% off our next order with them. We are treated so well by them and they make sure your experience is amazing. Can't thank them enough

Great people, knowledgeable, the Amish Furniture is beautiful. We have purchased several pieces here. Worth the drive from Columbus up route 23.

Harvest furniture is a great place to find high-quality furniture featuring a large selection of American made and Amish made furniture. Reasonable prices and great service. Krystal will take care of you. The delivery team was also on time, clean and courteous. Don't hesitate to bring your business to them. We will be back.
