“I ordered a propane refill on Friday, we aren’t in critical need, it was just time to get a refill. They delivered it Sunday, in a level 3 snow storm. That’s service. Don’t ever say the farmers co-op doesn’t go above and beyond.”
“We recently switched to FerrellGas because we couldn't count on the propane supplier we were using. We're really glad we switched because Ferrell's level of customer service and reliability far exceed our previous supplier. Now we don't have to worry about someone losing our order or having to wait 3 weeks to receive a delivery.”
“I had brain surgery, with the result being that of a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I forget to pay bills, but the people I deal with at Amerigas have always treated me with respect, even though I get behind because of my memory problems. They are patient and kind. And when I get behind, they are always helpful getting me back on track. Best staff ever!!”

“Josh showed up and hour after I called, and was genuinely nice person and very helpful. He explained everything that was going on, provided me with the information I needed in order to handle the parts of the job that were my responsibility. A+ service! Thanks Josh!”

“I've used them for my residential propane for over 10 years. No problems and I've never run of of propane. Drivers are timely & courteous and they don't drive in your yard to fill the tank.”
