We have been with Shilling Propane since our house was built in 2005. The delivery driver we had for years is awesome. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It doesn’t matter what you call for the person responsible for answering the phone is always rude.

If someone from the company would call me,
I would be willing to update my rating. I have called,left 2 vm's over the past 45days. No one had returned my calls.
I called once again today 8/28/17 left another vm. I'm hoping to hear from the company.
I'd like to set up an account and delivery.
