I really wanted to like this place more,but employees were not very friendly. Nice selection of home decor items,candles and wax melts, and things like coasters,pot holders,napkin rings etc.

Staff all behind desk talking and not interested in helping anyone. You can't arrord that kind of customer service. We walked out when someone pointed us to the dressing rooms without any help.

A very upscale women's clothes, shoes, bags, purses, jeans, sweaters, pants, dresses, shirts, art supplies, journals, fragrances, wallets, and many more. An encompassing store for women of all ages. This is an upscale store so expect higher prices but at the same time you will see higher quality clothes also. They also have an impressive selection of Birkenstock sandals and shoes and Tom's made by Birkenstock, they also have a large selection of crocs and several other brands likewise to crocs . Do yourself a favor and go here to experience just how nice this store is.

I always love stopping at Bfearless to update my wardrobe. The team there is so helpful and love scoping out their shoes! A must stop experience in Holmes County. Check it out if visiting the area!

Had a great time in Amish County, went to 10-15 or more stores, this one takes the prize for the WORST store/staff! The employees must hate their job, I've honestly never seen people like this, they don't speak to you, ask you if you need anything, don't welcome you, I'm not sure why they are getting paid to just stand there and stare at customers, very strange. This place won't stay in business very long with employees like this, I can see by all of the reviews lots of others have experienced this too. They need some training on how to "smile, be kind, talk to customers, very simple normal skills that most people have that work with the public.

This is one of the most disappointing stores I stopped into on my Amish Country visit, not welcoming at all. Not one store associate greeted us, spoke to us, several made eye contact and ignored us. I come from a very large city and have not experienced this rudeness and coldness before, ever! Due to this experience I left and and took my money to another store. They definitely need some training on how to make customers feel welcome, offer to help, smile, be kind (it's not that hard to do)they would sell more and have better reviews if they did, they are lacking big time here! Way over priced, for sure. Not worth your visit, trust me, take your $ and go somewhere else to the other stores that are very welcoming, kind and happy to have customers. This store fails miserably.

We absolutely love coming to the Amish county and love boutique shopping. Everyone in this area is so friendly and welcoming. Today was the 5th time that we have been into this store and always find something we love, despite the less than welcoming greeting. Today, however, was the most unwelcoming experience to this date. As a business owner myself, this is something that management has to know about as it has to be affecting sales. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit here and I will give all of my business to the boutique up the road.

I’m sorry to have to post this but I feel it needs to be said. After buying a pair of pants without trying them on I reached out to the boutique to see if they’d kindly pull a bigger size and I’d be out within a week or two. (I live 40 minutes away) I was told that couldn’t be done. I have followed, promoted, and been a good customer and cheerleader for them. I won’t be any longer.

Beautiful boutique!!! Warm and friendly service. Wide variety of clothes, accessories, cards, candles and misc items. Smelled so good and very welcoming! Loved that they carried Made by Mary, Able and Alabaster!
