Berger Allied was very responsive. We worked with Debbie Walter as our consultant. Debbie was professional, very knowledgeable and personable. She increased our knowledge re the process and always responded quickly to our calls and questions. With such a difficult task, we couldn’t have worked with a better person.
The actual pick up and move-in day went smoothly. Eric Favez was the driver and site supervisor on both ends. Eric was great to work with. Again, he was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The team and he worked quickly and with care to protect our belongings. In both locations, Ohio to North Carolina, the team was on time and efficient. Eric made sure the process ran smoothly and without stress.
Natalie, the Berger Allied coordinator kept us informed with every step, sending reminders, updates and handling administrative tasks.

Received my items on time and without incident. It was a white glove delivery and I appreciated the care taken with the furniture I purchased from Arhaus. The delivery guys were courteous, unboxed and delivered furniture to the intended room. Yes, they wore white gloves when handling the actual pieces. I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
