Took almost 45 days to get the memo title to our truck. We called and asked about it and they said we could come get it the next business day. Each day they kept coming up with different excuses. Come to find out they didn’t even have the title to the truck they sold us. The BMV told us to file a complaint with the secretary of state. I mentioned this to them. Within 3 days they had the title. They were rude, lied, talked over me on the phone, and I was hung up on.

I'm from Michigan and am considering using them again even if I have to drive from Metro Detroit.

While driving to Atlanta to visit our son, my wife and I (and our dog) encountered car trouble mid-day on a Friday just outside Wapokeneta. We found Evans Chevrolet GMC and called to see if they could take a look. Chris Martinez, the service manager, told us to bring the car in. They quickly took our Acadia into the service department, determined the problem and assured us they had the part. While we waited, they also provided a loaner so we could go into town and grab lunch. About three hours later, we were back on our way. What looked like a disastrous beginning to an overdue trip to see our son turned into a minor bump in the road thanks to Evans Chevrolet GMC and the team there. Everybody was pleasant, helpful and it made a touch situation actually enjoyable. Thank you!

Be prepared to play "the game". Can't get a vehicle price without going on a test drive. Refused to go on a drive without a price. Took all our info and ran our credit WITHOUT telling us! And we still didn't get an actual vehicle price. Had we gotten the sticker price, would have said NO and saved the credit check.
Stupid shady practices need to stop. Dinged our credit and could care less.

When urgent family business demanded we go to northern Florida from metro Detroit, Chad and Joe at Evans Chevrolet GMC saved the day. A serious engine light demanded attention and when we called late on a Friday afternoon Chad had his crew on it right away. Due to time constraints and our special situation, they provided us with a loaner and had our car ready for our quick turnaround.
When we drove off without our keys Joe hopped in the car and met us along the way.
The bill was exceptionally reasonable, and we cannot recommend them enough. Wish we lived closer otherwise we would only do business with this dealership. Loved doing business with real people who value their customers.

I was coming to Wapak from Lima and my low tire indicator came on. Of course, it was raining and I didn't know what to do. As I got into Waoakt, I stopped here and asked if they would check it for me. I do not drive a Chevy. I have a Honda. Without hesitation, Cody Shaw, took my car, checked it out and reset the light. He refused payment. He has no idea what this kindness meant to this old lady. God Bless you, young man.

I had a brake service message appear on my dash. It was due for new brakes which I did myself only to find out the I had to have a dealership clear the message and reset my brake wear sensors. The were helpful in explaining and graciously did the reset for free!

Cody, service advisor at Evans Chevrolet GMC, was very helpful and accommodating.
Had an issue with our Tahoe on a family trip. I called from I75, Cody was able to work us in. Got diagnosed, new part installed and back on the road in less than an hour.
A friendly small dealership with knowledgeable service technicians.

Just a warning. Bought a pre owned car from here within 2 months had to have brakes changed, ac didn’t work. And then when getting it fixed they charge 145 an hour. Just to diagnose brakes was 145, just to diagnose ac was 145, not saying don’t go here but just a warning it’s way to expensive and shady

Went in for a typical oil change and tire rotation, knew it would be about $100 plus change, no big deal. They failed to tell me how much it would be for full flushes of my coolant, brake systems, and transmission. My appointment was at 8am, didn’t get out of there until 1pm. I work third shift so I was already tired enough just waiting around. They never even came around to let me know the status of my truck or nothing. My bill was 5x the amount I was expecting to pay, terrible service would not ever recommend sending anyone there to have service done.
