Staff was extremely nice. Hotel was nice and clean. Best part of this particular Best Western is it is walking distance to the local bowling alley that has a nice restaurant and lounge.

Almost none of the breakfast was edible and the tv didn't work .the only plus was the room was clean and decently t a ken care of

Location: good besides traffic
Staff: I don’t encounter with them often but when I do polite much rather be here than last hotel work sent me to across the street.
Parking: good and plenty spots available
Noise: besides highway noise good
Front desk: helpful and helps me navigate
Nearby: lot of options to walk to if your in my situation with work no vehicle so I walk to all near by things
Downfall: the highway noise and housekeeping knocks to early for my liking bc I get in late sometimes I have a do not disturb but I hear them knocking on other doors.

If you are going to stay in Wapak, stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. Attentive staff, great breakfast, clean pool. What more could you want for the money?

BEWARE! SCABIES/BED BUGS !!! My daughter got scabies at this hotel. The manager Ali will not refund her credit card. He ignorantly told me she got bugs from the atmosphere or walking through a field. He LIED to me and said my daughter told them when she checked out, that there were bugs in the room. She never did that. He said they sprayed the room with pesticides and no one else got bugs that stayed afterwards. He is not a decent human being, STAY ELSEWHERE.
***I just read Ali's response- I never said I stayed the hotel. This review was left entirely based on my daughters experience and his response to not refunding her credit card after getting scabies/bed bugs at his hotel. Find another place to stay!

Whenever we stay here the breakfast is really good, we love swimming in the pool, the rooms are always clean, and the front desk is always friendly

We had a small mix-up with our room when we first arrived around midnight, but Don was more than accommodating and made everything right. The breakfast and coffee were good and had waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, etc. We had brought a litter of pups with us, and they had no issues accommodating our needs for a fair price. Finding the hotel was super easy, and they were located next to many different food locations, both fast food and dine-in. As a plus, there was a dollar tree right across the road for anything you may have forgotten to bring. We would stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel! We arrived after 1 am at night and the staff was ready and helpful at the front desk to check us in and show us to our room.
Our room was a queen double and it was very spacious with a table, coffee maker, mini fridge, TV microwave and pleanty of outlets for charging devices near the bed.
The bed was warm and clean and comfortable and the shower was clean and hot with pleanty of fresh towels.
We stayed for two nights and the maid came in and cleaned up and restocked our towels and made our beds in between which is amazing most places do it every two days! It was nice to have a made bed again!!
The free hot breakfast was delicious and the hotel has pleanty of parking and is near tons of shopping and fast food and a Wal Mart.
I loved my stay here and I will definitely be back next time I am in Wapakoneta.
