Went there today had an older lady just got wanted a buzz cut and line up my beard…… she left long pieces of hair all over pushed back my hair took my beard down completely and left a strip in it. Absolutely atrocious and they should have to show you pictures of their work before they let you cut their hair.

There’s an old elderly lady with wrinkles who has the stinkiest nastiest huffy and puffy attitude. She worked 7/3/25 terrible every customer was willing to wait but she treated everyone like Ahhhh. Even the people before me I prayed that we wouldn’t get her and sadly we did when I told her it was for my son on accident and not me all she did was huff and puff at me too and have a tone. I’ll pass if you Don’t like your job even on the hard days don’t do it retire

We have been coming to great clips for a while and today was the worst we have ever been treated. The girls treated me like a homeless person because of my hair. They couldn't even look at me with out snarling. They treated me bad from the moment I walked in. These people are in the Wrong business..... They have very BAD Attitudes

I get my hair cut here from time to time and the ladies here always provide excellent service and good conversation.
I have a very specific, simple cut -- which they keep on file. I can use thier app to check-in in advance, and the computers hold my place in line when the location gets busy.
No hassles, and I'm generally in and out in less than 30 minutes with a decent haircut.

I would like to give Kelly the young lady that cut my hair now for the second time, and will do so until one of us expire and me being an older gentleman it'll most likely be me😁. Not to bore you as to why, but what's a normal men's haircut, isn't normal for me. My hair is difficult to cut and being I've traveled the country over the year's, I've had many different hairdressers and or barber's through those travel's, and there's only been a couple few that could cut my hair and Kelly being one of them and here's why. In any profession it requires being a good listener to your clients needs and expectatand not only being a good listener concerning the hair cut, but being a good listener in general with real interest and sometimes empathy for what they're sharing during the haircut. Back in the day the barber shop was gossip center, everyone knew everybody, and the barber was left with the task of mediating it all. Kelly was the ultimate professional in all aspects. Thank you for the great haircut as well as the pleasant interaction

1st visit today at wapak location. A prior location did a poor job on my last cut. There were two extremely nice and professional ladies who helped correct the cut. Very pleased and will be using this location next time!
