I bought a storm door and entry door from this store. At the store, there was no damage to the door. After install, there were scratches, chips, and a large crack. I started this process in mid April and is now end of July. Going back and forth with support and the store itself. I been told to pick out another door. Turns out I need to either get a plain white door or pay the difference for an upgraded door because they can no longer order the door I have. This has been a nightmare trying to get settled. The communication between the store, installers and support is piss poor at best. I'm likely gonna be stuck with a damaged door because I don't wanna give this place another dime.
If they end up making it right in the end I will update this review.

Very happy with my purchase from Wapak Lowes. The customer service and knowledge of Michael Reese was 10 out of 10! Very impressed. Rare to get service like that anymore. Delivery and set up was fast and flawless.

My husband and I came in to buy a grill right before closing and Ryan helped us out and was so patient with us. He even let my 2.5 yr old son help push the cart. I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service! Thank you Ryan!

Tried to get help, finally 2 young people came over to assist me, apologizing for taking so long, but offered to help with no knowledge of the area I was in, but between us we found what I was looking for. So I am thankful for there help and admitting they were unfamiliar with the area but would help anyway they could. Sorry did not get there names but thank you to them.
