Me and a couple friends we're on our way back from Nashville to Ontario when about a mile down the interstate from RRR we had a sudden breakdown in my 2011 Honda Fit. And we are thankful to God that these people we close enough for us limp the car into their shop. As it happened, one of my spark plugs was not torqued in correctly. This led to the destruction of the spark plug, ignition coil, and threads. All of which was diagnosed and repaired in little over 3 hours. The pricing was also very reasonable. Then we were back on the interstate and made it home safely that night.

Told the manager my front passenger tire was shaking. He replaced me rear tires and said that was the shaking. We'll low and behold my front tire was still shaking. Treating my like I'm stupid because I'm a woman ?. I then have him take off the initial tire I complained about and it's bad. This was on Cemetery rd. In Wapokeneta. I'm very disappointed. Then the little blonde at the desk thought everything was funny. Really bad service.

Had a turbocharger blow up on my '06 Sprinter 3500 (T1N). RRR was the only place within 50mi that would even look at it. Not Dodge, not Freightliner, not even Mercedes.
These fellas work on some big trucks. And didn't hesitate to take on the job.
They are not fast, nor are they cheap, but their work and customer service is good. And isn't that what matters at the end of the day?
Unfortunately, they could not source OEM replacement parts, and even more unfortunately, their supplier failed them with a bad replacement part.
Bill is a honest man and worked with me to charge a... fair, I guess, price for the work they were able to do (oil chg, charge air pipe, intercooler flush). The R&R, test driving, diagnosing of the bad replacement turbo, uninstall, etc. were all comped.
Ultimately, I did end up towing my vehicle home (>500mi), ordering an OEM turbo, and DIYing the repair all for less than their original quote. But overall I would recommend RRR.

They were quick and did a great job on my car! I took it there for a slow leak in my tire and an oil change and we were done in less than an hour! The prices are good and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

On our way to Tennessee from Michigan and my daughter had dealer put on new tire . Well thank god rrr was there to help her out for a really decent price! Every was so great even left a tip!!!!!!
