Their hours changing ruined being able to get your prescriptions if you work 12s. God forbid someone need their meds and have a demanding job. They don’t accommodate to let you come in The day they open an hour early they just tell you they can mail them and can’t guarantee when it’ll be or have someone else come get it for you. Go somewhere else.

Awful customer service and advice from the pharmacist here. I could not get her name.

The pharmacist, she said her name was leslie but was standing there with boogers hanging out of her nose and her nametag on facing backwards, is the most horrific pharmacist I have interacted with in over 30 years. I dont want anyone with such bad hygeine touching my medication. On top of that, I asked her name and she looked at me like she was undressing me with her eyes for a good minute then said in a snarly tone: "Leslie!". The last time I was in there she was so blatently discriminative towards me I refused to even interact with her. When I tried to say something she shouted out so the staff and patients behind me heard everything and she said horribly derogatory things I dont wish to restate. Because of her I have chosen to remove ALL my, and my wife's families' medicines from walmart and transfered to Schweitermans right nearby. We also returned over 250 dollars of product (everything we had receipts for) and will never shop at this, or possibly any walmart again. Her recommendations for medicines made me horribly sick as well. We now shop at Amazon and ALDI (both are cheaper and better products) and use alternative pharmacies. This store does not seem concerned with its customer service with regards to patients and customers. Dollar General is also a better option located right nearby but I cant speak for their customer service as I havent had a problem there. Community Market has great prices and service also. I would avoid this store at all costs. They have lost 13 prescriptions between myself and my family each month as well as over 2 thousand dollars of store business a month and hopefully more as word spreads. A good manager would take care of this problem but Im too hurt by what happened to my family to even contact the store manager and they wont give me the regional managers number or contact info, only 1800Walmart. Hopefully this will help protect others' health and wellbeing. I suggest CVS or Schweitermans pharmacies, very close by. ALDI and Community Market have better prices on food and much better customer service. Dollar General has over the counter products that work great as well. Good luck!

Based on tonight only. Staff was super, but the Pharmacist herself was terribly rude.
