Rude, terrible customer service. Argues about lottery instead of politely explaining the issue. If you can’t communicate the issue, you shouldn’t be in business.

Pay attention they take your money I gave the guy a 20 my total was 4.00 he handed me 13 back I told him it wasn't right he said look again your money must be sticking he knew what he was doing then handed me one more dollar instead of arguing I left ....I won't return...beware!
