I called today to have them to set a pick up of a refrigerator I can't afford anymore be cuse I had to replace my furnace and was told by Vivian that I had to speak to the manager, I he was to call me after he helped unload a truck here it is 545 pm and still no call back I called there 3 times today and got a excuse every time he was on phone he was out I rented here for years and payed everything off I just can't afford the refrigerator any more and want to return it

If I can give a zero star I would, delivery guys stole my dolly and refuse to give it back, dealing with Vivian or Brett on anything has been a complete nightmare. They are extremely rude and impossible to work with. They have been an issue the entire time, when my fridge broke, They brought it back filled with mold. When we asked them to address it they blamed us, when they couldn't blame us they blamed their delivery guys instead of taking ownership. Now that we no longer want business with them, had them come get the fridge, they stole my dolly in the process!
Stay away from this location!

I have purchased many items of this place over the years , i purchased a fridge in 22 and paid it off a year later and they called me to say i owed a payment and when i told them i had already paid it off and i had the paper work I was told no I didn’t and they was very nasty and rude over the phone , spoke to Brad the GM and he was not any better at first, the second call with him he was nice and he figured out what had happened and took care of this , nothing worse than being accused of lying, also when fridge was delivered they broke lots of my tiles on my floor

I have used this store since I moved here, Vivian is so nice I just wish the delivery guys were better, they stripped the screws out on my table and now I can't get it apart to move it to the room I really want it in. First time I have been disappointed with them.

Renting for several months, although I would like a lower price, it does have good quality furniture and Vivian knows her stuff. From my understanding she has been with Aaron's for quite some time and will go out of her way to make you happy, she deserves a pay raise! I thoroughly enjoy talking to her each month that I make my payment. You just do not find dedicated employees like her anymore.

I've had nothing but problems with this place if I could put a zero star or a negative one star I would. On top of that I've had issues with everytime I do anything since the first day I go my rental from them. After my rental is paid off I will never use this location. My cousin and I have had rentals with the ashtabula store for years and the ashtabula store would get 10 out of 10 stars cuz they actually work with their customers.

Bought a washer/ dryer paid probably triple msrp, 60 day warranty after payoff just make sure your aware of that....dont stand behind products, even though product says 10 year warranty...wont be back
