“I had been thinking about trading in my car for over a year. But when it finally left me on the side of the road again for the fourth time in three months, I was over it. I had rented a car a few days prior and it was a newer Sentra. I enjoyed driving it and I made an appointment with Shawn Huffman to see what they could do. It was an easy process and everyone was so nice. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was driving my new car by 5:15. Everyone was fantastic, from Shawn to Bruce in the Finance department to meeting Mr. Sims, it was a seamless and smooth process.”

“I was having car trouble tonight...was unsure what was going on with my car due to the different issues I was having. I went to this store and was working with two guys. Eric was one on the mens name and i dont know the other guys name sadly because i would love to give him credit as well.I have little to no understanding about cars and their issues but the guys that were working took their time in trying to identify the issue and provided me with possible solutions and assistance to my car troubles. Even a customer was super helpful in providing me with their discount for my new battery! Not only will I be back but will tell my friends and family to come here also!! “Mr Price is a miracle worker. My 2011 Chevy Silverado was in really bad shape. The fender wells were rusted all of the way through, my lower door panels were all shot and the truck had a couple of other minor issues. Mr Price tended to every issue and when we got the truck back it was like new. What amazed me is the fact that the truck wasn’t fixed with a bunch of bondo, it was fixed with new metal and welded in. You don’t craftsmanship like this in many places. I’d definitely recommend Prices Auto Body to anyone.”

“I've been to a lot of Autozones over the years. Worked at a couple of them for a year or two here and there. I pass by this store multiple times per day since moving out here, and I recently bought an old truck I am tinkering with, so I am in and out of this AZ all the time. I just wanted to take a minute to express how well this store is being kept, everything is always clean, shelves fronted up nicely, it just feels good walking in there every time I have been in. The staff is super friendly as well, always willing to look things up for me, order stuff for me, they're just a bunch of good guys and I appreciate the work they are putting in as a team to make that store stand out, at least for me(I lived in Akron before here and those stores over in that area are ....let's just say I prefer O'Reilly when in Akron and leave it at that)

“Deer are causing significant issues currently. One damaged my truck substantially. I encountered some delays with the headlight repairs and a few oversight issues due to communication breakdowns. The day was here my truck was ready for pick up, I came to pick my truck up and noticed they didn't see the damage on the door from the deer, and forgot to replace my tire! However, they apologized and took care of things right away! Gerber ensured that I had reliable transportation to and from work after my rental period expired. Notably, they also addressed some pre-existing dings unrelated to the deer incident. I highly appreciate their kind gestures and the consistent daily updates on the repair status. I finally have my truck back, and it looks better now than it did before it was sent to them. Everyone makes mistakes…… I’m just glad they made things right and made sure it was fixed correctly!”

Within 7 days I had new tires on my car! They got me in very fast (which me being a paranoid person really appreciates that one) they had my new tires on my car AND an oil change done within 2 hours!
