“Mr Price is a miracle worker. My 2011 Chevy Silverado was in really bad shape. The fender wells were rusted all of the way through, my lower door panels were all shot and the truck had a couple of other minor issues. Mr Price tended to every issue and when we got the truck back it was like new. What amazed me is the fact that the truck wasn’t fixed with a bunch of bondo, it was fixed with new metal and welded in. You don’t craftsmanship like this in many places. I’d definitely recommend Prices Auto Body to anyone.”

“The guys there were very good, hooked up the machine and let me know I had crankshaft sensor issue, and told me not to delay replacing it, because it could effect the timing of the engine. I bought the sensor and took it to my mechanic. He changed it and 2 others, to be safe, so my 2003 SUV was back on the road in a day and still cruising along at 226,000 miles.
If the guys at AutoZone had not taken the extra time to tell me the repair should be ASAP, the outcome might have been different. Thanks again guys.”

This was a Araon's Car Quest a few years ago, and they kept their paint mixing equipment from them, which makes this a totally different kind of Advanced Auto Parts store than the cookie cutter type store you normally get from the chain. It is more specialized for automotive painting, so if that's what your after, They have you covered and knowledged sales reps to help you out.”

“very nice gentleman, called him up over a very small part I had concerns over. He told me to bring it in and he'd look at it. When I arrived he gave me a good 15 minutes of his time to discuss my concerns. (for free) Very honest and knowledgeable. He could have taken my money and did what I wanted but showed it wasn't worth the effort to me. I recommend this shop to everyone and I'll be back when I need something!”

“Deer are causing significant issues currently. One damaged my truck substantially. I encountered some delays with the headlight repairs and a few oversight issues due to communication breakdowns. The day was here my truck was ready for pick up, I came to pick my truck up and noticed they didn't see the damage on the door from the deer, and forgot to replace my tire! However, they apologized and took care of things right away! Gerber ensured that I had reliable transportation to and from work after my rental period expired. Notably, they also addressed some pre-existing dings unrelated to the deer incident. I highly appreciate their kind gestures and the consistent daily updates on the repair status. I finally have my truck back, and it looks better now than it did before it was sent to them. Everyone makes mistakes…… I’m just glad they made things right and made sure it was fixed correctly!”
