“Had just bought a new to me car. There was a part of the inner fender well dragging underneath. I called to see if they could take care of it on my lunch which they said they would take a look. I pulled in was maybe there 15 minutes told me I was done and asked what the damage was expected to pay something and they told me no charge it was a quick fix have a good day. They were very friendly and courteous especially when I saw a elderly woman who was worried about her car and the price and the gentleman at the desk explained everything her very simply and plainly without a lot of mumbo junbo and she was relieved. I will definitely go for anything else I may need in the future.”

I went in not feeling super optimistic about my situation, but desperately needing something as my car was no longer able to get me back & forth to work. Ryan was wonderful. He was patient as I was unsure of what exactly I wanted & my price range. He was kind. He wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me options, helped me with the process, was personable and in the end, I left with a car I really love from a salesman who seemed genuinely happy for me as well. “I recently took my vehicle into Gus Services for an oil change, rotate tires and find a slow leak in one tire. They thoroughly checked out my vehicle and told me everything looked good, except I would want to plan to replace the battery since it was several years old. I opted for them to replace the battery while they had the vehicle. They were very quick, very reasonable and very pleasant to work with. While they don't do everything there, I would highly recommend them for any work they do. I will be taking my vehicle to them for any of my vehicles needs that they provide.”

“I have been looking for cars for three months. The cars that I’ve been looking for were not just Cadillacs, but other models and makes. I visited two Cadillac dealerships and Cole Valley was my third. I will have to say it was such a low pressure, low-key and down home feel dealership that made me feel so comfortable as well as my wife. A dealership doesn’t have to be busy with so many people running around trying to close a deal. I loved this dealership because it was nice and quiet when you walked in and you didn’t feel like am I going to be the next customer? This family owned dealership has been in business since 1914 and I will tell you please give them a chance and you will not regret it. I want to thank Spencer the sales person, Grace, the Internet sales person/finance person and Joe the manager for really making the deal work.

“When wife picked up car she turned it on and tpm alarm showed..went in and a service man told her I was told a sensor needed replaced which was not true and when I called next day our original service girl said they cleared it and drove it out to lot and if it came on it wasn't their fault..funny it was part of the problems we were having so they didnt fix it...took it to local tire shop and they replaced sensor for $65”

Not only that, Ed was a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge regarding vintage Porsches and readily shared tips and tricks to keeping the car as it should be. They're now the only place I'll go for body work.”
