The second I pull in here and park in an empty, unmarked spot, right next to 15 other empty, unmarked spots in the empty parking lot, some guy comes out and starts hassling me telling me I can't park on that side that its for "company vehicles only." Like what a prick first of all, second of all maybe you should put up a sign. There's an O'Reilly's right next to my house but I drive all the way over here cause I've always done business with AutoZone and that's how it's always been. Now...I'll be going to O'Reilly's from now on, save me some gas and save me some hassle from assles in case I accidentally park in the wrong place and they're so worried about not doing their actual job that they're outside in the parking lot irritating their customers away. Looked like upper management too. Company is in a sad state from what is was 20 years ago that's for sure. Well, hope you enjoy your parking space, because it's going to remain empty along with the rest of the parking lot if you keep that sort of nonsense up.

Overall not a great experience. Monday Labor Day I called Autozone on Youngstown rd. Closest store to my house. Looking for a drivers side rear brake caliper. The guy tells me that they don’t carry the part I have to go to a dealer. I call the store on Elm rd, very nice guy great customer service says I have it in stock. Great I take it off and take it in. Partially my fault I didn’t match up the part. Get back home try to install, wrong part, I have heavy duty brakes this caliper is for regular brakes. I drive back to elm rd. Same guy, we figure out the problem, again very friendly, gets me the correct part. Drive back home try to install, wrong part it is for the passenger side. Drive back get the correct part drive home complete the install at this point ah mistakes happen partially my fault no biggie. However I have and extra set of pads that need returned, never opened. Today I go back to elm rd. Different guy but friendly. He looks up my phone number and says yep I see it. There is no one in the store but me the guy waiting on me and another employee who is putting merchandise away. The guy waiting on me says I don’t have a PIN number to do returns. The other guy says well I’m punched out for lunch I can’t help you. He’s got 20 minutes left on lunch. I grabbed my stuff and left.

Shout out to the lady who was the absolute best. Virginia you don't realize how many of the parts guys argued with me and you found it right away. You even got it for me the same day. This girl needs a hell yeah. Yall dont realize some of the female gems you have in your storea.Thanks.
