Called to get pricing and availability for break pads got Dakota(a manager) very un professional smart mouth. Finally got to the part number after him telling me he didn't care what he sells me ..i said im coming to pick them up I got there i re hashed the conversation and said I'm here for the pads. Immediately he told me i should watch my mouth on the phone ..i said shhh.lets just do the transaction. He was livid told me i was disrespectful and i should watch my mouth in his store i said where is your manager
He said he was. Why am I mad 🤣 Ask for the d m's number. Dakota. Said he doesn't know the DMs name so i couldn't complain about the service . That's okay, I did it online. .. he was wrong same pads regardless 6 or 4 cylinder And he should do a background check before he runs his mouth Not everybody in Warren, Ohio has the patience of a saint.. Especially when dealing with a broken car. I feel like a 25-year-old. Kid should be more respectful when talking to a 56 year-old man. Who has forgotten more about cars than he will learn in his lifetime.black hair dyed red on top and nose ring with a Handell bar mustache what is AutoZone coming to if you know me I was one of the opening crews i1993 or 4 in that store Craig Clemmons and Mary shelling would have cleaned house if that happened back in the day..it was about customer service not little boys with big egos...

The workers that you had their at AutoZone on Parkman road in Warren Ohio did not know what they were doing I had to show them how to run the machine to test a starter then when he did it it sparked and started smoking and said I would rather not try that again it came back that it felt the test I took it up to O'Reilly's and it passed

I've been to a lot of Autozones over the years. Worked at a couple of them for a year or two here and there. I pass by this store multiple times per day since moving out here, and I recently bought an old truck I am tinkering with, so I am in and out of this AZ all the time. I just wanted to take a minute to express how well this store is being kept, everything is always clean, shelves fronted up nicely, it just feels good walking in there every time I have been in. The staff is super friendly as well, always willing to look things up for me, order stuff for me, they're just a bunch of good guys and I appreciate the work they are putting in as a team to make that store stand out, at least for me(I lived in Akron before here and those stores over in that area are ....let's just say I prefer O'Reilly when in Akron and leave it at that)
Highly recommend this store to anyone passing through.
