I am an Auto Zone regular when it comes to shopping for auto parts and accessories.I am new to this area so I don't know much about how efficient the staff members at this location operate, but I am beginning to learn.On Tuesday 10/11/22 I brought in a car battery that needed charging, I was told that it would be ready for pick up in one hour.I arrived two hours later only to find that it only had a 25% charge.The nice lady offered to put it back on the charger, I accepted and told her that I would be back the next day to pick it up.I arrived at approximately 4:p.m. the next day to pick up the battery, the gentleman put the battery tester on it and told me that it didn't have a full charge, but it had enough power to start the vehicle.The battery is nearly new, it needed charged because the vehicle isn't driven much and the anti-theft light indicator on the dash drained the power.My thoughts about the staff members at this Auto Zone store that doesn't have the ability to fully charge a car battery in over a 24 hour period makes me want to think about doing business with one of two other auto parts stores close by.Although, I always give an establishment a second opportunity to provide acceptable service, sometimes we all have one of those day's.In addition, Auto Zone Corporate reached out to apologize, and that speaks volumes for a large corporation like Auto Zone.

My battery went bad on my car and I needed a new one. My 72 yr old father and I went to this auto zone because it was the best priced for my battery. We drove my car there and bought the battery.My father started to take it out and it was giving him a hard time.One of the gentleman behind the counter came out and lent a hand. He was so efficient and respectful to my father . My father had always worked on all of our cars but as he has gotten older and they have gotten more advanced it's become hard for him. I will always use this store because of how kind this man was and he respected my father so much. He didn't have to do what he did but went above his job duties when he seen us having a hard time.

Prices are high but they have been a staple in the community for a very long time. the place was clean and the cashier was very friendly and helpful
