Reading the last review posted...did you go to the West Market St store? I was also told I couldn't carry my number over and that it was MANDATORY I pay for the insurance when I subscribed with Boost. Also told the least expensive plan I could start service with was $50, but when she put me in, I got a $40 plan, and if I needed the basic $35/ mo plan, I would have to call customer service myself and get it. My phone was supposed to come with free earbuds but she never got them off the wall and put them with the phone. She was very nice, but not very professional acting. She had to stop signing me up a few times, once because she couldn't find her vape and needed to vape during the whole process. Then I had to wait while she handled a personal call with the electric company to make payment arrangements due to TCAP didn't requalify her. All that I truly didn't need to know. After explaining the two icons that must remain on or your phone locks, I was told not to bring it up to the store but call customer service myself because she doesn't do that for customers. I had Boost when it first started,then for five years after. Just recently went back... I've never dealt with associates like that. I'm not happy with the service either as I go offline every other 10 min, lose network a few times a day and people call me and it goes to voicemail. Never rang on my end.

The store associate lied to me and told me it was not possible to port my old number onto my new account. After contacting customer assistance, it was possible, until the store associate put the new number on my device without asking me. The store associate also lied to me again in the same initial encounter, saying that the purchase and activation of the device could not be completed without device insurance, which customer assistance told me is also not necessary. That's disgusting.

Kept getting text messages about a deal if u add a line so I decided to add a line to combine my boyfriend on my plan that i actually already pay for 4 lines but only use 3. When i went in i was told since i have an old plan of 4 lines for $100 i do not qualify for the deal and wont even get a discount on a new phone. But I could not use the phone that is already activated and being used with boost mobile because it is not 5g so they will not do any thing with it. So basically i have been a customer for 10 yrs or more and i never qualify for any discounts but they can offer all kinds of atuff to new customers. I think its time i take my 4 lines somewhere else. Its a shame how you treat loyal long time customers

Always loved this store. They always have done what was needed quickly and always have nice personable employees. Haven't had boost for years but Verizon is a bunch of lying thieves and their support is a joke yo say the least. 10 years later back to boost and no issue here in and out.

i just called this store trying to purchase a new phone and the guy who pick up the phone was very nasty acting like he didnt even want to help me. I was asking how much was the phone plan. He was rude then hug up on me. Very poor customer service

Every time I have had to come to the store in person it’s someone high as a kite waiting on me. Never know what’s going on and having to call the owners teen daughter for help. Very unprofessional. Decided after two years to set me up on autopay and they are claiming I somehow did this and refuse to take any responsibility what so ever.
