I could barely understand the person that worked there he spoke poor English I tried to sell me a phone the best that I could gather that I got on the internet for 10 bucks he tried to sell me for 60 to me that's dishonesty I won't go back to this boost location. But I do very much like boost Mobile as far as the phone company

Out of stock for the phone I wanted to buy. Bought the same phone, completely unlocked from best buy and they say not compatible. So had to wait for it to be in stock on the website. It's been 3 days and hasn't shipped.

Not very knowledgeable... if your buying a phone, please buy the phone from another retailer and activate it yourself because, if you buy a phone here they make you pay a $20 activation fee. If you diy, you can skip this $20 fee.
