Out of stock for the phone I wanted to buy. Bought the same phone, completely unlocked from best buy and they say not compatible. So had to wait for it to be in stock on the website. It's been 3 days and hasn't shipped.

You’ll have better chances at helpful customer service in an alley with gang members. You’d get better reception at a pay phone that has survived WW2 anyways.

Not very knowledgeable... if your buying a phone, please buy the phone from another retailer and activate it yourself because, if you buy a phone here they make you pay a $20 activation fee. If you diy, you can skip this $20 fee.

I was VERY satisfied with Bryan at Boost Mobile. After getting a new phone I was having frustrations with another boost store by the mall in Niles because the lady working kept telling me that she couldn't do a simple sim card transfer and wouldn't even try to figure out the issue we were having, and on top of it she opened the box for my brand new $500 phone that hadn't even been opened yet and was trying to rush us so much that when she flung the box open my brand new phone

Went to this location because another store had called here to try and find me a compatible SIM card when mine suddenly stopped working and their store didn't have any in stock. I recognized David when I walked in because he is the same person I spoke to on multiple other occasions at various locations when I was unsure about switching and had countless questions. He was always very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. On this visit, David spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone with customer service determined to get my phone working again, even when customer service became extremly difficult (more than once). David held his composure and remained calm. His customer service skills and professionalism went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Even though, he was unable to resolve my SIM card issue, it wasn't for lack of trying. A day later, I received a new SIM card by mail and my phone is back working. Leaving At&t was the best decision I could have made, I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Boost so far.
