I feel assured that my pup is in good hands when I take him to Broadview Acres when I go on vacation. The staff are kind, the kennels are clean, and the kennel is located in a beautiful place in the country.

This is a woman owned business. They care about your pet. My fur baby goes to daycare there and absolutely loves going. Awesome place to let your dog play or if you need to board them. They take care of your pets.

I am EXTREMELY picky where I take my 4 children. As a professional dog groomer I know what the animal industry is like and what can be hidden. This place is fantastic. Small (great because you know they won't be overwhelmed), privately owned, owner lives on property, gorgeous location, CLEAN, huge runs, secure and safe. I drive an hour to get here because the places closer to me don't pass my inspection. She kennels them across from each other so they can see that their siblings are there with them. When my Chihuahua had gotten bad diarrhea (separation anxiety from me) she called me and allowed me to pick up everyone even though it wasn't a normal pick up schedule and bathed them when they all danced around in the poo. Worth every penny to know my kids are safe and in caring hands while I'm away.

Our 2 dogs have stayed here for years while me and the wife travel and they have been more than we could have ever asked for. Best pet resort around. Heated floors and occasional face book updates let you know your babies are in the right place. Had many issues leaving them with friends and family, and now havent had issues ever. You can tell they love them almost as much as us.

Do go here. The owner only lets certain people bring there pets. You must meet her standards if you know what I mean. A pay up front to play business. Very dirty chicken running around when you pick up your dog.

Worst day care in town. The owner picks and chooses who she wants to come there. They discriminate against people that can't pay up front and also if you are not the kind of people they want , if you know that I mean. I have an honest comment and was locked from the web page and Facebook. Stay away the owner is awful.

Members only. If you don’t buy a pay in advance package you can’t bring your dog. They owner like when her friends insult her customers. They judge people with no knowledge of the situation. Very bad customer service.locked me out for telling the truth. Starting to think they discriminate against certain people if you know what I mean.

We just started taking our Golden retriever Stella to the Austintown location. She LOVES LOVES this place so much. She makes lots of new friends here. They take very good care of her and the end of the day we get one tired pup back. I would recommend this doggo daycare to anyone.

We took our Rottweiler Bruno for a 3 day 2 night stay and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. There was a little confusion on our end with a few things which was completely my fault but the staff was completely understanding, kind and accommodating. Bruno came home happy and full of life unlike in the past after boarding him at other locations. So sad we didn't find Broadview sooner. I now can feel confident traveling when needed knowing my fur babies are well cared for.
