Shopping at this store for a long time even before they relocated. Large selection of mens clothes at a very fair price. Also good selection of housewares, pictures, bedding etc. Good fast check out. Just a GREAT store. 🏆

Employees are so rude. I had the worst experience with the cashier and called the store to explain what happened and the lady was nasty on the phone so I’m assuming it was the same ginger girl who was rude at checkout. It took 20 mins for me to get to the register when there were only 3 people in front of me and 2 cashiers. I’m honestly quite upset bc I was trying to shop for my mom’s birthday and this interaction dampened my day. I had always enjoyed going to Burlington so it makes me sad bc I will not be going back to this location specifically probably for a very long time. Do better. Be kinder to paying customers.

if u compare this store to Gabe's down the road which is supposed to have a BIG & TALL section 3-7XL clothes they never do, if they do it's hidden or not in order, I only ever seen 1-2XL sizes in Gabe's section which skinny males can fit so still can't fit. Everytime i been to Burlington they have 2-4 rows of Men's Big&Tall shirts jackets pants all in order goes up to 5XL. Only store around here that has that high of size selection available easy to find not too big of selection better than Nothing which is everywhere else. Women's Plus Size section I only seen barely 3x.

Clean and nice store. Staff is super nice. Reason I gave a 3 star and it can change is because, they don't really have a lot for big folks. Can we get more items for the fluffy crew please?

So since the boardman store is lacking in product I ventured up to niles to shop at this location, the store is clean, has a different selection, I purchased a large canvas picture along with other items, when I got home I noticed the picture had a very noticeable mark on it, I misplaced my receipt but they took my phone number for returns, I went back to return the picture explained I lost my receipt was told no problem did you leave a phone number I said yes, well the cashier didn't type in the number right because I was told nope could it have been under a different number nothing coming up I said no. The cashier than said well if you have your license on you I can just give you a gift card, so I handed over my license now a driver's license is extremely needed and important when you hand over a license or a debit card to a cashier they should respect your property and treat it like their own, this women takes my license and since she's having a hard time reading it begins to bend my license back and forth I said excuse me ma'am if you can't read it I can help u but please don't be bending my license like that, she says well I can't see thats why i was doing it. No shame no apology. Ask for help then, please please educate your cashiers can't be doing stuff like that.
