The people here are always willing to do anything to help and make you feel comfortable. When you aren’t feeling your best, being able to smile at the drs office is something these days!

Visited this place on a Friday. I was the only one in the office, and somehow it still took 45 min for the doctor to see me. The girl at the front desk has a terrible attitude. Doctor sent me home with a prescription after barely listening to my problems. Of course it didnt solve my issue, so i went back Tuesday morning. Again attitude from the same employee and no doctor even there, he is on call, and of course they want to charge me another fee. I’ll never go here again and hopefully you wont either!

Whoever is answering phones in the lab is very rude. So very rude that I’m going to choose a different urgent care just because of that. There is no need to give a run around when asked a simple question.

Never been until today, came as a walk in and they helped me pretty quick considering they had a call off.Very friendly staff, and they take walk ins and are currently taking new patients

I will never go back there.. the nurse was very very rude and made ignorant comments to me and the Dr that I had did nothing but listen to my lungs before giving me an antibiotic for a sinus infection.. the place is ran down, dirty, and is not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this urgent care. I don't feel like my care there was genuine.

My go to place for care for my entire family. We always get taken care of and in a timely manner. The nurses are amazing and get you everything you need and they make you feel like family! They go above and beyond for sure!!

Very sorry but nice idea out here if the there was always a doctor there. Drove in for covid testing like I was told to and called only to be told that they would get back to me in 24 hours??? Hello? You just told me to call you from the parking lot. Kept calling, took 12 calls to not get the recording.12:45 in the afternoon. Finally got the results as negative and I asked if I could come in to be tested for strep because that's what I told them that I thought I have. The response was that I could come inside now that I tested negative for covid but there was no Dr there for at least an hour and a half, so NO I couldn't get tested for strep???? I thought that this was EXPRESS CARE? JUST LIKE VERES

From the moment I walked in the door I received a compassionate warm welcome from Tiffany and from all the smiling staff. My nurse Jen was just beyond wonderful and knowledgeable. Choosing this urgent care facility was a huge win, I truly felt like I was being cared for by family. Dr. Verres is an excellent physician and also very concerned for his patients. Despite the busy day this facility was having, my needs were met with concern, my wait times was very minimal and I was treated with the best of care by the best of the best. I cannot say enough about the amazing group of professionals who truly care for their patients. Thank you all for caring so much about my well being.

Will not come back. My wife and I felt mistreated. We felt rushed and misunderstood. I don't like giving bad reviews however this was an awful experience. Went in sick was charged and left with nothing. American health care is not great as it is and to be told we were just have alergies and sent away was just a big waste of time. We never go to doctors unless it's 100% necessary. We just cant afford to go. Im sorry but I hope they were just having a bad day and dont treat others like this. We were sick for 2 weeks with no sign of relif before we made the choice to go.

Lady in front, need vacation. The other RN Nurse need attitude make over. Rude, don't give time to expand my issue. Rush me out the door. All my visit and tested in my own car.Only one lady nice, kind and friendly with me and my issues.There no face time with the Dr. Had repeat twice where to send it
