When it comes to business, your good or bad experience often depends on who you’re talking to. My family have had difficulties trying get some help at this Chase Bank near Howland corners. Some personnel are nice enough, but getting things done is challenging. First time I met Renee, she glared at me as if I was a thug who just happened to walk right in, came up to me and Jennifer(the nice staff) and asked for my ID (didn’t bother to introduce herself). The experience would have fared better if she had simply crawled back into her miserable hole. The second time we came back, the experience was nearly the same and nothing was accomplished for our mother’s needs. You felt like you were just being blown off every time. No helpful directives, advices…nothing. Once again, Renee behind her fake smile, was annoying and disappointing as can be. My sister finally went to Chase Bank in Mentor (Bill) and our problem was solved immediately. At the least, you’d expect some professionalism, not at this bank. Just found out another family had the same very poor experience with this same bank. Evidently, regional manager has totally ignored eval reports at this location.

The Howland branch is useless this is my third and last time dealing with them went to have important custody papers notarized. There notary scanned through them stamped one page and sent me on my way. I get to the courthouse to file and of course there was another page that needed to be notarized so I ended up waiting at Huntington bank next door for 30 mins for there notary who corrected it even thou I didn’t have an account with them… All the branches they closed in the Warren/Nile’s area they could of kept and got rid of this one location that does absolute NOTHING

The people inside are really nice and helpful. Otherwise it's a waste of time it's a glorified atm. Also the atm outside is always down. What a waste of time!!!

This branch is truly worthless. Their atm isn’t functioning half the time. Now the whole atm drive thru is blocked off but they don’t say that anywhere, so you turn in and then have to immediately leave, which is also a nightmare. The employees are so rude and unhelpful. I went there for a check for a down payment and the girl (can’t even say teller because they don’t do anything) took my phone and STILL spelled the name of the lawyer incorrectly. The inside of this bank is literally just an atm, so what’s the point.

Worthless. Doesn't operate as a regular bank. Only has an ATM to use. I could go anywhere for that. I need to cash a check because I forgot my debit card at home and needed gas. Yeah what a joke.

Love Chase Bank.. Chose them because they have branches here and in Phoenix, Arizona.. I have to travel there for medical treatments and some real estate consulting for a small group of investors.. Chase know me whether I am in Howland, Ohio or Cave Creek, Arizona.. Great people...

Renee and other staff members have been very helpful. They have set up bank accounts and offered advice on savings and investments. Do your research, but I have a lot of chase credit cards and the app works really well on both iPhone and Android!

This bank is about worthless as a two dollar bill. It needs to because I went into withdrawal a certain amount of cash and they told me I could only do a certain amount through the ATM because they had no tellers and there was a limit of my transaction I’ve been a chase customer for 15 years now and I’ve never been treated like this I will never go back to this branch ever again.

Atm constantly down, can't deposit cash anyother way. Was told I needed to go to a different bank like a Huntington and buy me a money order and take the money order inside to deposit my money. Would it be better if I close my chase account after opening a new one elsewhere??? What a joke

Having only one teller on a Friday is ridiculous. Spent more than 15 minutes in line while 3 people in their offices are playing on their computers. The lines at cedar point are quicker than this.
