I come in 5 nights a week before I go to work I was in here the night the girl came in with this big hairy bunny having no respect for the cashier who is allergic to pet hair a legit medical reason I felt real bad for her who wants to have allergies especially to animals .I Always get waited on by the sweetest girl her name I believe is Allie that's what her name tag says she always has a smile very considerate I believe she deserves some recognition she goes above and beyond for her customers I just bought my car and couldn't figure out how to put gas in it she came outside and showed me how to do it and she did it without complaint. She is there every time I'm there that girl deserves a raise. She is very hard working and very knowledgeable about the things in the store. I want to thank you for having such a great woman on your staff

I purchased DEF from the diesel island. It was approximately 9.5 gallons on June 12, 2025. The next day when I left the truck stop I made it about 40 miles before I had an alert on my truck for poor quality DEF. When arriving to the Kenworth dealer, they tested the DEF end it was 30% which means the rest was water. I would not recommend getting fuel or DEF from the station.

Purchased a scratch off from there on 10/5/24 I took it back that night and the lady said she could not cash it in because at night they only hold $75 in the cash drawers and that’s completely understandable. I asked the cashier if I could bring it back the next day and she said absolutely. I went in today on 10/6/24 a gentleman with curly hair rang my items up and I handed him my scratch off it was a $250 winner. He said I’m sorry we don’t pay out anything over a $100 knowing the lottery rules and laws and I use to work at circle k the exact same store actually, I asked to speak with a manager and a shift lead said I’m the manager here right now and I’m telling you we cannot pay that out. I went to Clark’s right around the corner told him the story and he even said they cannot refuse a payout of that amount, which I knew and he immediately cashed in my ticket. When I spoke to the guy with the curly hair and started telling him that they should not be selling lottery if they are gonna refuse to pay them out and what amount businesses are supposed to pay up to he got extremely nervous because he knew I was right. The shift lead at that time just kept taking people at the end and refused to come talk to me. I already contacted corporate and will be contacting the Ohio Lottery. The shift lead kept raising her voice at the end instead of coming to talked to me and the guy with the curly hair wrote down the managers name and said I would have to contact her tomorrow. I will never do business with circle k again.

I had the worst experience..ever will never go back ..myself my husband and my sister went into this location on a Wednesday on 22nd ..been trying to call corporate and management will not pick up their phone ..it was a little bit after 4pm ..when we were cashing out a cashier named emily ...was very rude she didn't I.d Noone else but she i.d my husband I thought she was joking very rude and said to husband well this conversation is over grabbed items from my husband and yelled at him .we thought she was racist until other lady came over and said she has mixed kids well whatever I wanted to leave and get my stuff so she was still running her mouth saying she wanted to fight me and I was insecure didn't saying nothing like that I would never treat my guests like that ...the other cashier was like emily stop...she also has been reported from other people to what has been said to me very sad case should not be working with public..

DEF pumps are down. Ask them when they will be working and they will tell you "your guess is as good as mine". I guess I won't shop here anymore
