0 stars if I could.I walk in young lady yells “store close in 15mins” no hello, no greeting what so ever! I proceed to get in line she stated I can take you over here. I then proceeded to tell her I was there to pick up a layaway she advised me “Oh you have to pick that up tomorrow” remind you it’s 7:38p. I walk away.. poor customer service during business hours business should be ran with no inconvenience for shoppers! Do better, if you don’t want a job.. don’t work with the public. Nasty attitudes. Citi Trends is a nice store to shop at, I was looking for men's dress pants, but they don't carry them. Although, if you are looking for casual dress, Citi Trends offers a variety of women's, men's, and children's clothing at reasonable prices.

I accompany my wife on some of her shopping trips. She has always been a fan of Citi Trends. The Elm Rd Citi Trends is one of her favorite locations. This particular store is always stocked to capacity and staff is always nice and helpful..

Great store to shop if your looking to find clothes, shoes and accessories without breaking the bank. Only downside is you might find something you like but can't find your size .

This store has a lot of unique clothing at affordable prices, but most of there clothing tend to run smaller than the actual size. And beware clothing will shrink after washing them. Always buy one to two sizes over your actual size. ???????
