The facilities are kept spotless which is not the case with most other car washes. I appreciate and love the Laser option for monthly subscription; I subscribed to the crazy $45 ultimate package, only because I have a new vehicle and like the protective coating it adds against the weather.
Otherwise, I love the exclusivity aspect.
The downside is that they lack vacuums. They should also be totally free with the subscription. If I have the ultimate subscription I should have the access to use the vacuums for free. That is their biggest weakness in my view. That is why I cannot give them five stars. That's greedy. A subscription is there for a reason which is convenience. It's not convenient when I'm being charged $45 a month -AND- they have the odacity to then charge for the least profitable part? Make it make sense. It looks even worse when you go to every other subscription-based car wash; they all have free vacuum cleaners , look at that. However they don't have brushless machines. It's a monopoly. Once a competitor comes in with brushless their prices will lower.

Use to be a really nice place but lately it has gone down hill. The last few times I have been there always something is broken. The brushes that clean the drivers side of the vehicle did not work and there is very little soap hardly any so your car or truck is going to get scratched no doubt! Always out of drying towels and you have to go find someone to get some. The vacuum has had to hose broken so you have to move to a another one. Not happy was a great place when we first started going there not so good anymore!! Looks like i am going to have to find another one if things don't change. I have way to much money invested in my vehicles to have them scratched up by the car wash! Good luck 👍

i use this wash often. last friday i went and got the worst wash ever . there was a bird poop on drivers door that the wash didnt touch plus it left a dirty film over the whole car . i bought the best wash and got this . i live a mile away and use it often but if it dont change i might have to go else where .

I bought the best wash possible to order
It sprayed heavy water and heavy soap
Rinsed, then sprayed some kind of wax
Air dried
Did not do well at all left dirt all over the car
And it didn't even dry well
They claimed that it would not leave spots but if water is left on the car I'm sure it's going to leave spots I took these pictures to show the dirt left on the vehicle
Sorely disappointed
I want my money back maybe even have somebody who owns this come and wash my car by hand

Had a couple questions before joining the wash club-they were very prompt in answering. Convenient location, great washes, and the vacuums are very powerful. Very pleased and most definitely worth it to join the monthly wash club.

Best car wash in the area if you’re looking to wash your car without it getting scratched. The customer service here is great told one of the guys that the carpet cleaner wasn’t working with the memberships. Solved the problem the next day?
