Drove a significant distance to store with a ton of clothes to sell. All were medium to higher end name brand items, some even brand new and/or never worn. There was probably at least 100 items. They chose 3 to keep and pay for. Definitely not worth the gas and my time. While waiting for the clothes to be assessed, I shopped their store. There was some nice items but most of what I saw was down right ugly. Things I wouldn't pay $1 for were priced $10-$18. Definitely no one in there shopping. Maybe they should change up who assesses the clothes. This was my first time selling my clothes. Not a good experience and I will not be back.

Dropped off clothes on a Saturday around 1:30. The lady was very kind and said that it would be a couple hours. I came back just before 5pm and no one has looked at my basket yet. I'm sure they were very busy but i had to leave, so i asked for my items and basket back. When my basket was returned, there were 3 pairs of men's medium size underwear sitting on top that were definitely not mine 🤢🤮 The girl working said they were already in my basket when i dropped it off, but they were most definitely not... Feels icky that they wouldn't even take responsibility for the mix up, I would have maybe understood if they'd just taken accountability but to try and lie about it definitely didn't sit right.

I have shopped at Clothes Mentor in Howland several times now and have purchased jeans, tops, jewelery and designer handbags. It is such a nice store and the staff is so pleasant. I really enjoy chatting with them when I stop in. I love their selection and their prices are very fair considering the quality of their items. I was so excited to purchase this coach bag and wallet today. Thanks ladies!

haven't been there in years, stopped in today found a like new coach purse that I had to have. hope they are able to give out cash instead of just store credit soon.

The women that work there are very rude. They just throw your clothes all wrinkled up what they don't want.

Came from far away to sell here, and a sign is posted on the door saying that they will currently (temporarily) only give store credit for buys, not cash. There is no mention of this on their website; It actually says "All day, every day, in our store we pay you CASH on-the-spot...", with the word "cash" being capitalized. If this is your policy temporarily, that's fine. Everyone understands that businesses sometimes fall on hard times. That being said, not alerting sellers to that on your website when your policy literally says the opposite is unprofessional.

I brought a bin of clothes in that no longer fit, probably 25% of the items had tags on them. They went through my bin & gave back clothes with tags because they were from Old Navy. They gave me a choice $45 cash or $65 store credit. Didn't any anything thing great in the store. Kinda snobby.

This store is always clean and well organized. Very easy to browse, and the people are very nice. I love all my clothes that I have purchased here.
