“A wonderful organization that does great work. However, we have had several situations where the delivery person has interferred with the families care for sister/aunt who is in end stage alzheimers/dementia. Causing her much distress that takes time to calm her down from. Making an already difficult family situation much more difficult. We have brought it to the attention of the office personel to no avail.”
