This place has went down hill. When I take my dog in they try to tell me I haven't been there before. They finally figured out today they had 2 accounts. Then they call to pick up heart prevention but don't have it ready. And when you ask what's going on you get rude comments and dirty looks from the red headed receptionist. I'm done here.

You need to know that these people are some of the worst vets l have ever worked with for my dogs care. They are money grubbing perhaps making up for their Covid loss, my spouse has spent thousands of dollars over 12 years with these people and never said anything just whatever they say, he would listen, l started questioning the double charges and they would try and justify unnecessary items that make no since they have shorted medication on at least 2 occasions and never mentioned till l called. It’s like “ oh yea” we were going to tell you, today was the final straw they forgot my dogs meds and said the gave it to me lm just saying BEWARE and be careful they’re more busy because of location versus service the staff maybe nice but they are cheaters and will never admit to being wrong for anything……..I’m out of there me and my little girl!!!!!!‘

We went to pickup an antibiotic for our dog and they say they are open until 2pm on Saturday, but they lock the doors before noon. Very unprofessional and total disregard to caring and providing service. It's sad because we've been coming here for the past 14 years. They aren't cheap, but we used to like their service. Not sure if we will be back.

If you need to see the vet for ANYTHING actually important or that would require immediate care - don't bother. I've went with Countryside for a few years now and 95% of the time they pass off referrals to MedVet. So, unless your animal can wait 4-8 weeks to be seen - skip the middle man and visit MedVet in Girard or Akron. Yes, they have a beautiful facility, but your pet's life is paying for it.

The individual vets are excellent. I've been a customer for more than 25 years. Recently the practice has lost its personal touch. Too corporate. When your pet has an immediate health need and you can't be seen, that's concerning. No sense of loyalty or concern to long time patients.

We have a 13 year old Shellie named Mia that became very sick and needed emergency surgery. Doctor Eichstadt went beyond, before, during and after her surgery. Which definitely saved her life. Sara, the vet tech was very helpful also. We will be forever grateful for their service in saving Mia. She is doing very well now and looks to make a full recovery. Thank you again. They wouldn't take me when I was 10 minutes late. They were unaccomodating after going to this vet for my entire adult life and spending literraly a fortune here. The young lady at the desk was rude and said I was 20 minutes late after they left we waiting more than 5 minutes deciding if they would see me. It was 18 minutes past my appointment when she rudely said "you're 20 minutes late ma'am." Everyone knows you don't call a regular customer ma'am except the rude staff at Countryside veterinary hospital. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money where you are appreciated. I will be going to Town and Country in Howland ; however there are plenty of other vets that value and appreciate their customers.

Thank you for taking good care of our Zuzu. They took us in right away when i suspected she had pancreatitis. The staff is the best . Every time i called, and even once i was not polite, they always were polite and professional !! Thank you, Dr Evans . It's the best seeing my girl outside playing and being her old self !! Thank you all for getting us in when you were already busy !! I appreciate you all so much . Lisa Johnston

Countryside Vet. Champion is such a wonderful veterinary service. They always show care and compassion for our animals, and to us, the humans. Today, I had my 6 month old with me for my dog’s appointment and the vet came outside to debrief me after so that I didn’t have to juggle a baby and a dog. They are amazing!

About a month ago I brought my dog Jagger in to have a tumor removed on both of his bottom eye lids. We had discussed doing both eyes at the same time, makes since right? Well, they said there was a miscommunication and only one eye got done. Now, the other eye lid is getting noticable bigger. And now he will have to go through another surgery, anesthesia and a whole day of my nerves being shot while he is going through another surgery. Both eyes should have been taken care of durning the one visit, all in all, this is one expensive miscommunicationAnd I completely feel, that is was done on purpose for another 500 dollar visit.

Misdiagnosed my dog who had cancer, he maybe could've been saved. But just kept giving him xrays, tests and racking up costs.Gave WRONG DOSE amount of medication to my other dog and didn't admit it until a month later. It is sketchy that all other vets let people back in with their pet, not them. Questionable that they claim they don't have medical license to phone in prescriptions, which are cheaper at drug store(hoping you'll pay their exhorbitant prescription costs)yet every other vet in the area can call prescriptions in. Doesn't profit them. They do not care about your pet, only how much money they can make off them. Dr Crawford is a control freak and Dr. Evans is just heartless. Keep your pets away from this place.

I get a tube of dormagel almost every 6-8 weeks, treated me well at first then as time went by it’s attitude and they are not social at all get in get out, most of them bring it out for me this time I was told to pull to the back and come in the office all I said was “they usually bring it out to me if that’s okay” she said “no come in the office” I’ve been coming here 10-12 times and that’s how it was done and she gave me nothing but attitude. Might switch to buckeye because now their prices for it went up by 10 dollars.

They looked at my dog, did some testing. She has a tumor. They set up a return appointment for when the vet was off for the holidays. This place could care less about your pet. Take my advice, go somewhere else. It’s a chain Veteranary clinic and chain stores are always about money!

Went to have a procedure that needed to be done for the health and welfare of my canine and was turned away because I wouldn't spay my dog. she wasn't even old enough to spay this business only cares about the money and does whatever they want without the welfare of the animal in mind this place should be closed down!

I've been taking my dogs here for years. I THOUGHT I had a good vet. Then I NEEDED them. I called yesterday because my dog was having a seizure. They offered me an appointment two weeks out. Basically they are in the business of selling vaccines and flea treatments. They don't keep any time available for emergencies and didn't offer to try to fit me in. It's a business, and that is all. Great if ALL you need are your pet's annuals. They don't care.
