I’ve been to this store many times, lately the younger girl that works there Ranjit is just very pushing and overwhelming trying to get people to buy more things they didn’t ask for. I use to work for cricket, so I know how they do it. She writes down specific prices and tells you this is how much everything is. You don’t HAVE to get a screen protector and case from cricket with your phone. It’s much cheaper anywhere else! My most recent visit caused me to make this review, she sold me the wrong screen protector for my iPhone 13 and put it on and let me walk out of the door knowing it was the wrong one. It didn’t cover the notch part of my screen. And she kept talking to me about random things I’m assuming so I wouldnt notice the screen protector before I left. She’s not a bad person she’s not a very good customer service or sales worker if you’re going to deceive your customers.

Great Store ! Great Deals on Phones , if you stay with them, you will get phones cheaper than other mobile store.

Why am I getting charged $5 for a fee. I had to drive here to pay my bill because your system was down. So I am out my time, my gas and my patience. I would like a credit for my time. Not a charge.. Your store was hot and smelled of urine. Absolutely disgusting. Charge me $5 but you can’t turn on your AC at 5 pm when it 86 degrees outside. Take my $5 charge and hire a carpet cleaner.

I have been with t mobile for last couple of years and they charged me around 100$ every month, today i go to cricket and surprisly it only 55$ every month and manager of the store Ricky help me with awesome with great deal
