I was a delivery driver who came into the store for a retail pickup. They lost power and write the code on the bag.. in which it's was wrong. I then attempted to ask the guy working the counter. He was already pissed about something else. He raised his voice. Claimed he was the manager after I asked to speak to someone else and walked away. I left the store after feeling threatened by this worker.

The women in the pharmacy tonight have been absolutely wonderful. They called and got my script from Walgreens quickly and it was ready in 15 minutes. They just genuinely seem to care. Thank you!!!

It's impossible to actualy be connected with a human over the phone, the automated attendant requires you to leave a voicemail.

The clerks and manager are always very helpful and caring. I love the store on Chestnut and East Market. Best people around. The coupons are so useful and you save a lot.

Somehow there’s always an issue with one script, which usually gets solved the same day/early next morning. Other than that it’s a great pharmacy. Prefer it over Parkman rd.
