I dread needing a prescription filled. Every time I go to pick up they tell me it’s not ready. Even when they tell me to come back the next day! I’ll be using a different location from here on out.

The pharmacy people are the RUDEST and I mean the most nasty mean people I've ever spoken to behind a pharmacy counter. Only after I called another pharmacy to get my medication transferred did the pharmacist themselves call me back to tell me my script would be ready tomorrow, when just an hour before could not guarantee it arriving even a month out. Also the automated system made me want to jump off a bridge. You have to push the button that you are a prescriber to get through.
PLEASE save yourself and go somewhere with good customer service who are able to speak to you with manners.

Frustrating and Poor Customer Service Experience
went to CVS today to make a cash payment, arriving just around 7 PM. When I got to the register, the cashier told me they don’t accept cash payments after 7 PM. The thing is, it was still 7 PM when I asked, so I don’t understand why it couldn’t be processed then. If the policy is that payments end at 7 PM, customers should be able to pay right up until that time, not be turned away.
It makes no sense to have a policy like this in place without flexibility, especially when the store doesn’t close until 9PM. What happens if someone needs to make a payment at 7:50? Would they really be turned down? This is a ridiculous policy, and it left me feeling extremely frustrated. Please take a look at your customer service practices so that situations like this don’t keep happening.

Went to get my vaccination and was told they were too busy and didn't even suggest when to come back...a rattled pharmacist doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Went to the CVS in Niles...they were great. What a difference.

The pharmacy staff is very rude and slow especially the older lady that’s a pharmacist, I’m going to a new pharmacy. They need to remember they don’t pay us, we pay them for a service. Disgusting behavior!

The pharmacy is doing a terrible job and terribly slow and the pharmacy crew could careless you can tell by their actions and smirks on their faces. Most places when you bring in a script says give them 20-30mins... These guys won't do it till the next day even though you tell them you need it that day will argue with you over getting it done and still doesn't get the script right. Go to Walgreens or Franklin pharmacy.

The pharmacy hours changed and I drove thirty minutes here to realize they were not open. What a bad experience! The pricing of products seemed about average and the store employee was very helpful and nice.

I have been going to this CVS for over 30 years. I have never had a complaint with anything until just recently. The store itself is very nice, clean, helpful employees. My complaint is the Pharmacy Department. I have never been so upset with them or the Pharmacy employees. It seems like they have gone down hill, they don't care about the customers anymore. I am seriously considering changing to a totally new Pharmacy, which makes me very sad.

I have never seen such nice people in a pharmacy. The pharmacist went out of his way to give my dog some bones and the techs are always smiling. Great customer service. ?
