I have found the service center to be incomplete in initial and final diagnostics, to consistently misdiagnose problems, not test completed repairs, offer theories instead of do actual testing, replace parts that don't need to be replaced, and be difficult to work with overall. I would not recommend this service center. This was not a one time problem, this has been with multiple vehicles.

I want to first thank Brian (sales) for returning a couple of emails from me about a vehicle my family was interested in. Him personally responding motivated me to make the hour drive to Warren.
On his day off, Brian made sure that Brian (Sales manager) and Otto (sales) were there to assist me when I arrived and listened to what I wanted. Vince (finance) also was very accommodating as well. All of those mentioned helped me to make the decision quite easy to purchase the 2022 Trax. Thank you again.

I have dealt with Diane Sauers for many years now..I have bought almost every new Vehicle i have ever owned at Diane Sauers and have never been disappointed..They always worked hard to get my payment where i needed to fit my budget..Their patience with me has always been top notch..always invited to ask any questions i might have not only now but in the future..Have always been treated with respect here and comfortable as well..The dealer i usually go through at Diane Sauers retired so i was introduced to Brian who did a fantastic job working to get my needs met..Look forward to working with him in the future as my go to guy here..Thanks Brian and thanks to the whole team..I love my new 2025 Equinox
