Called to verify a unit was available in Austintown. Mike was eager to help me. He made sure that the unit I wanted was indeed available. He explained the entire process well. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Awesome customer service and a great place to deal with for storage needs!

The price is the lowest I found in the area. Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Only slight issue is it can get extremely slippery/Icy between the units. Just becareful and maybe bring your own salt.

Parking lot has a little bit to be desired . My storage unit leaks and has for the last few years .
