I had a very bad experience with the two guys that picked up the patient that I was to pick up from her treatment in Mercy Health Cancer center. They were both very rude and didn’t care that I was asking if they were taking my patient? One of them said it’s none of your business and then yelled out DON’T YOU KNOW HIPA!!!!! The fact is I do know HIPA law and there’s nothing that says that couldn’t answer my question!!! Don’t ever use this service because you might come across two of most rude and very unprofessional people you will ever incounter!!!!!

Today my client was picked up by this company they were worse very rude and very unprofessional, if you do not have compassion or patience to deal with a sick person then I’m sorry the medical healthcare field is not for you

I was having trouble breathing and call for an ambulance. They arrived and told me to get up a no d go to the ambulance. They would not let me put shoes on. I had to walk to the ambulance by my self and crawl up in to t he ambulance without help again. You should teach your EMTs to care better for the elderly. I will never use your Ambulance again.

I can not thank squad 143 enough. Very professional medic (Mr.Reed)and basic. Very kind and compassionate. These two deserve a huge pat on the back. I have never been treated so kind by an ambulance company. The medic did everything he could to help me and did a great job. The basic was also very kind and compassionate. Thank you men for your service of being on the front lines!! You deserve all the best!!!!!

This company is very unprofessional , they hold 911 calls until they have a unit available to respond , they had a patient in full arrest for 15 minutes and the family doing CPR until EMT arrived , the owner Ken doesn't care about patient care but rather his money he is the ipitomy of greed . I definitely give this company a thumbs down and dis recommend this company. They transported a friend and charged them over 2,000.00 for an ambulance ride to the hospital and hardly did anything for my friend .

This company has the 2 most ignorant unprofessional emt workers that came and picked up my 10 year old son. They took my son out in the cold then closed the door to ambulance in my face and then acted as if I was in the wrong. I even had to ask them while they were standing around what were they going to do. I had to tap on glass to see what they were doing or gonna administer and very unprofessional the man said "you called us and you are stopping me from giving meds" my thing is I'm the parent you tell me what's going on and explain what you are doin to my child and he's a minor. I'm far from done with these 2. I have a witness to their behavior also, currently waiting for a call from Supervisor and this took place early this morning
