Me and my wife recently rented a car from this place from nov 14/21 and somewhere they lost the deposit money and i've been getting rentals from boardman enterprise with no problems or mishaps until we rented from this place

I go to PA a lot to visit my gma and i rent a truck to have room for everyone. This company gives me peoblems. They cancel my reservation all lf the time. And they refuse me the vehicle i want. That is so weird to me. It is so easy to rent in Youngstown. These people think they are the enterprise car gatekeepers and they dont even own 1 vehicle there. I dont rent here anymore. I have moved out of the delapitated city.

I tried using my points to get my free rental as the app says that you can get a free rental with as little as 400 points but yet I can't find one rental that's under a thousand points I even tried calling twice and could not get an answer from anybody I tried calling the local home office and I could not get an answer from them either.
The employees working at the Warren Ohio location and the vehicles themselves are impeccable they are friendly and very very helpful at this location

Horrible car, they did not communicate with my insurance. The car brakes shook, the car was not as promised and I was over charged

Staff, ease of online rental, pick up and drop off are flawless. The car I got was another story. It was clean, looked nice, smelled fresh and all that, but drove horrible. Not sure if it was the suspension or tires or what but I felt like I was driving a dump truck. It was a VERY ROUGH trip to say the least

This rental was surprisingly pleasurable. The Warren/Niles office lacks solid leadership and training. I rent from enterprise from all over the U.S, and thus office struggles. I am a Process Specialist, and process engineering is how I make a living. The employees are great, but miss key moments that would capitalize on information and future rentals.

Went to rent a car on Saturday morning. There were at least ten others trying to get a car. We were told they had no cars, and they had two trucks. Didn't get a car, much like the rest of the people waiting. Really sad a car rental company allows you to set a reservation and then tell you they don't have a car you reserved. I'll never use enterprise again, along with most of the people I was sitting and waiting with. Three of them went to hertz right down the road and got a car without any reservation, and for cheaper. This is NOT how you run a business. I feel sorry for the poor employees who have basically no control how things are ran, they were doing everything they could to help people. But in the end, enterprise corporate should be ashamed with the way they are handling business. I could see if it was the holiday weekend, but it was a week after.

Got a call from Enterprise within a minute that my claim was filed. Appointment made to pick me up at home and bring me to Enterprise. Britney picked me up right on time and took care of me from start to finish. She was on time, very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Britney had me in my rental and on on my way to work with no waiting in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you Britney and Enterprise for a 5-Star experience. Highly recommend!
