They refused me service on my united health care o t c card Said they didn't have to honor it at that location that it's not accepted at the get-go gas station at all even though so I buy stuff from one another place so I called the manager back She says I'm wrong. She hangs up on me so I call back and I asked why she hung up on me She then says that I was calling her stupid. So I let her know that I had recorded that call and that she was lying. She then tells me it's illegal to record somebody in ohio even though when I called there they recorded me with a message saying that. She says she's going too sue me. I call back later, get another manager that refuses to give me his name. And he says he knows I'm the guy that his manager hung up on. And hes not gonna talk to me either. And hang up on me.

Theresa couldn't be more ignorant to someone...... She should not be in customer service. I asked about a medicine I had refilled and get response was screaming at me I don't have it when I replied ok you don't have to get upset I'm just asking what's going on with it since I tried to refill it she again screamed you have to have a prior authorization I asked said even if I had picked it up before she said I don't know what to say to you except you can't have it it's not filled I said ok and waited for my husband medicine and left I don't need to be shouted at by hey for no reason I think we are gonna move our prescriptions there are really nice pharmacist here but the people at the registers run the experience!

Every time I go there they never have my son's medicine they tell me I have to order it like wat the heck I'm switching soon
