Worst pharmacy, (Giant Eagle Elm Road Plaza), experience in over 30 years Forced to go to this terrible condescending pharmacy when Rite Aid closed. Pharmacy staff is very rude and try to NOT accommodate you.
They claimed my insurance was “expired” when I’d been using it for years at other pharmacy. Pharmacist won’t fill most prescriptions unlike Rite Aid. Blames the doctor for RX when they make mistakes! Avoid at all cost!

I tried to pick up my generic Zoloft (A non controlled substance) on the 12th and the pharmacist refused me my medication because my doctor dosed me lower than my usual dosage. I was in the middle of withdrawing from it and starting to get very sick. He didn’t care, he would rather me have no medication than a lower dosage of my meds. He said “it’s wrong I can’t let this go.” He was extremely rude and dismissive and wouldn’t even listen to me. He could have just let me buy it because it’s only Zoloft and I pay out of pocket. I could have easily came back a week later to get the increased dosage. This makes no sense to me.

I was in Giant Eagle Elm Rd for their great Nov 8 sale. The staff was very helpful and kind and very pleasant. There was an incident in the store that made me very sad. The store was full of customers and I thought how wonderful. Then something unfortunate happened and the store almost cleared out. The store wasn't responsible for the occurrence and those who were should not have been there. I want to thank the owners and staff for their concern for their customers and how well the situation was handled. God bless all of you and keep up the good work.

Enjoy the selection n neatness of merchandise, usually fast check out, mostly friendly associates. The store usually smells of bad fish, however.

excellent pharmacy they send you an alert for each prescription as it is filled so you know before you leave your house if they are ALL ready or not. You only have to make ONE trip to get everything.
