Why does anyone still shop at Giant Eagle? Prices are higher then anywhere, and now GetGo is about to be GetGone, so bye fuel perks. Answer: specials and coupons.
But when your digital coupon doesn't take and you call in to seek resolution, they just hang up on you. If only they sold fresh cooked Dick's by the bag, that's what they offer up for customer service.

Willl be shopping on Elm road giant eagle from here on out there is 1 rude service desk lady that I will not put up with and that is a shame because most workers are nice helpful.

Always a good place to shop, now with rising prices they may even be comparable to other stores, making their quality products worth more to me. Always got great staff, friendly, and kept clean and well maintained.
